Hanoverian Sporthorse Farm

                                                                  The Main Barn

The facility was established by Michael Rabe in 1994. Involved in breeding and training Hanoverians for more than 20 years, Michael came from Germany with 6 premium mares and his stallion Bonaparte to start a breeding program for Jumping and Dressage horses.

The farm is located on Hadow Road in Enderby, British Columbia on 300 acres, with beautiful views overlooking the Grinrod valley below.   The breeding operation is separated by a public road from the training grounds.

Our large pastures on rolling hills offer a perfect opportunity for our youngsters to grow up in a herd environment, with plenty of room for the exercise so critical in developing the muscle, bone and stamina needed in the upper levels of sport.

The heated barn consists of 26 large boxstalls, washrack, tackroom, inside hay and shavings storage areas. Extra wide alley way and state of the art lighting.

The arena is 200 by 70 with sand/loam footing, bright and inviting with daylight panels and top quality lighting.

The breeding operation is located across the road from the training barn. It consists of a  foaling barn and many shelters throughout the various pastures. Trees, rolling grasslands, creeks and lots of wildlife complete the peaceful and picturesque setting!
